About Us

Mountain Park Homeowners Association (MPHA) was formed in the late  1980’s drafted within the GEM HEIGHTS Development. We are a non-profit  organization listed with Washington State. We are located on South Hill within the  98375 Zip code area. The development contains 244 properties and is one of the  largest on south hill. All members are governed by volunteers elected and appointed by the association.  

As stated within the Articles of Corporation, the specific purposes for which  the association was formed are to provide for maintenance, preservation, and  architectural control of the buildings, grounds, and common areas of certain  property in Pierce County, Washington, more particularly described on Exhibit  “A” to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (the  “Declaration”) for Mountain Park. The Association shall also promote the health,  safety, and welfare of the residents within said property, and any additions thereto,  all in accordance with the provisions of the Declaration.  

THE PROTECTIVE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, AND EASEMENTS  (PCRE) documents governing the administration of MPHA. A copy of the PCRE  contains the Articles of Incorporation, Protective Covenants, By-Laws,  Addendums, Resolutions, and Revisions are all available on this web site. The  official documents are listed with Pierce County.
